How much does an EICR cost in Hailsham?
It depends on the size of the property and the number of circuits. We give you a fixed price before booking. Landlords need a new EICR at least every five years.
Do I need to upgrade my consumer unit?
An upgrade is usually recommended if your board has rewirable fuses, has no RCD protection or trips regularly. We can check during a free survey.
Are you NAPIT registered?
Yes. NAPIT registration means we can self-certify notifiable work under Part P of the Building Regulations, and you get a certificate for every job.
Do you cover emergencies?
